Jack is survived by his daughters; Patricia and her husband Richard Parks and Debra Lins; grandchildren; Rush Parks, Tiffany Parks, Amber Lins, Michelle Francis and Sheri Davis and great-grandchildren Steven Hacker and Avery Francis. Jack is preceded in passing by his parents and his spouse Zella “Bobbie” Hurn.
