Matt Land, age 41 years old, passed from this life on September 20, 2015, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Jack Matthew Land was born April 10, 1974, to Phillip Carl and Brenda June (Barnes) Land, in Kansas City, Missouri. Matt will be dearly missed by dad Carl Land; mother Brenda Land; brother Scott Land and wife Tara; nephews Keaton Land, and Kasen Land; aunt Linda Moore and husband Jim; cousins Roger Moore and wife Cheryl, Steven Moore, and Sandra Moore Sells and their families; “other Mother” Teri Turner; and a host of family, friends, and caretakers. Matt is preceded in death by grandparents Vernon and Bobbie Barnes and Grover and Mildred Land. Visitation will be held 10:00 a.m. ~ 12:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 23, 2015, Floral Haven Funeral Home, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Celebration of life funeral ceremony will be held 12:30 p.m., Wednesday, September 23, 2015, Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
