Jack Swaim, 82, passed away on February 12, 2025, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Born on October 30, 1942, to Earl and Ruth Swaim.
Jack married Diana Mull on October 23, 1964, in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, and together they built a life filled with adventure, laughter, and unwavering support for one another. Jack was a man of many talents and interests. He was an avid outdoorsman, with a love for hunting, building cars, and riding motorcycles. His passion for working with his hands was evident in his ability to fix anything.
A quiet, yet deeply caring individual, Jack had a sharp sense of humor and an impressive knack for delivering just the right one-liner to lighten any situation. He was a Christian, with strong faith that guided him through every stage of life. Jack was also an athlete, known for his physical strength and determination, qualities that defined his character.
Jack’s family was his greatest joy, and he took immense pride in his role as a husband, father, and grandfather. He is survived by his loving wife, Diana Swaim; his children, Erica Swaim, Scott Swaim and wife Susan, and Shelley Gillion and husband Troy, sister Betty Best, grandchildren Taylor Swaim, Zach Swaim, Josh Gillion, and Bailee Gillion.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Ruth Swaim.
Jack’s legacy of hard work, generosity, and quiet strength will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. He was a man who gave his time, talents, and love freely, leaving behind a lasting impact on his family and friends. He will be deeply missed.
Visitation will be held Sunday, February 23rd, 2025 from 2-4 PM at Floral Haven Funeral Home
Funeral services will be held Monday, February 24th, 2025 at 10:00 AM at The Park Church of Christ (10600 E 96th St, Tulsa, OK 74133)
Interment will be held at 2:00 PM same day at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens - Garden of St Paul
