Jack or better known as “Jack Jack” or “Jack-O-Lantern” by his loving family; enjoyed many things for his brief time with us. He had a fondness for animals especially dogs. Jack was training the family collie, Maya, to fetch and would fearlessly approach and love any dog he could find. Jack loved watching the Avengers and pretending to be Captain America with his brothers and sisters. Jack also had a passion for sports and was a natural athlete, especially baseball. He enjoyed pretending to read, sitting with his sister as she read and trying to follow along. Even though Jack enjoyed many of these activities what he truly loved was his beloved family; especially his big sister, Samantha, who had been his ‘second mommy’ since that wonderful day he came home. Beautiful memories will always be cherished of Jack as he will be deeply missed by his family, friends and those who were blessed to have their lives touched by him. Jack is preceded in death by his loving great grandparents, Lena & Russell Turner and Kenneth Wells.
