Jacqueline Elizabeth Meier, age 88, passed away on October 3, 2020 at Baptist Village Broken Arrow. She was born on September 22, 1932 in Ponca City, Oklahoma to John and Bertha Cosper. She grew up in Broken Arrow and was a longtime member of Arrow Heights Baptist Church of Broken Arrow. Jacqueline was preceded in death by her parents. She and Onis married on November 13, 1954, after Onis’s return from the Korean War. This year’s anniversary was to be their 66th.
Jacqueline was the bookkeeper for Meier Drilling Company and then ran the office of their gasoline bulk station that she and Onis owned until retirement. They also had the opportunity to travel internationally several times and create many wonderful memories.
