James Frank Aldridge's Obituary
Frank, as he was known to everyone, was born and raised in Nuyaka, Oklahoma. After his service in the Korean War, he lived in California for a brief time, then later settled in Bethany, Oklahoma. There he had an 18 year career with Aero Commander/Rockwell International. Frank then settled on land outside Slick, Oklahoma, where he raised cattle while working with Blaine Aldridge Construction. He lived his last chapter into retirement and beyond in Broken Arrow, OK. Frank was blessed with a keen intellect, a wry sense of humor, a love of the outdoors, of his friends and family, and a great appreciation for horse racing, sports and old western movies. Preceding him in death includes his parents, Jess and Ima (Stanley) Aldridge; his brother Jesse Junior Aldridge; brothers-in-law Don Armer and George Farr, and sister-in-law Darlene Aldridge. He is survived by his wife, Clara Aldridge; brothers Blain Aldridge and wife Neva; and Orland Aldridge; sisters Rose Chambers and husband Wayne, Lena Henson and James “Buzz”, Lelahla Armer, Ima Jean Hisle and Bill, and Leanna Farr; sons Doug Aldridge and wife Tommi, and Mark Aldridge; daughters Deann Wilson, Lesa Anderson and Zack, and Ranette Lauinger and Jeff; grandsons David Frank Aldridge and Heath Wilson; granddaughter Heather Sinkinson, and the newest twinkle in his eye, great-grandson Oliver Wilson, and a host of nieces and nephews and their families. Our lives were richer with Frank in them. He will be missed.
