James Kirk Baginski, age 55, passed from this life on April 27, 2026, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was born on December 17, 1970, in Fairmont, Minnesota, to his parents, John and Nancy Baginski.
James lived with a bold spirit and a heart full of passion. A devoted fan of KISS, he found joy in the energy, sound, and spectacle of hard rock. Concerts were more than entertainment for him, they were experiences he cherished, moments where he felt most alive.
He had a love for animals, especially cats, who were constant companions throughout his life. Those who knew James also knew the profound affection he held for his lifetime partner, Meg Meffert. Their bond was one of unwavering support, laughter, and genuine devotion.
James will be remembered for his vibrant yet simple personality, his loyalty to the people he loved, and the unmistakable spark he brought into every room. His absence leaves a quiet space in the lives of those who cared for him, but his memory will continue to echo in the stories, music, and love he leaves behind. May he rest in peace.
He is preceded in death by his mother Nancy Lee (Holt) Baginski. Left to cherish his memory is his lifelong partner Meg Meffert; brother Jason Baginski; along with other family members and friends who will forever cherish their time together.
