James "Jim" Carlyle Wilson's Obituary
James Carlyle Wilson, 71, passed away Saturday August 9, 2014 in Tulsa, OK. He was born in Tulsa, OK on March 6, 1943 to Ernest G. Wilson and Vigil Eatherly Wilson. He attended McLain High School in Tulsa, OK. Joined the US Navy from 1961-1965. He was a member of the American Legion, Moose Lodge, and VFW. He loved to Square dance and was a member of the Castaways and Crossfires. He was preceded in death by his parents and two infant sons. He is survived by his daughter, Sheila Thomas and husband, Aaron Thomas.; son, James C. Wilson Jr.; sisters, Martha Williams and Mary Wilson; five grandchildren; three nephews and special friend, Marilyn King. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Cura Hospice and American Cancer Society. Visitation will be held Wednesday, August 13, 2014 from 2:00 PM-8:00 PM with family to greet from 2:00-4:00PM. Funeral Services will be held 10:00 AM August 14, 2014 at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow in Floral Haven Memorial Gardens, Masonic Garden.
