James Harold “Dick” Carson passed from this life on February 19, 2023, at his home in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. James was born October 24, 1937, in Alma, Oklahoma, to Floyd Martin and Hazel Leona Carson.
James was preceded in passing by his wife, Peggy Lee Carson, and his son, Micheal Lee Carson.
James is survived by his children, Steve Lee and Denise, Sandy Call and her husband John; grandchildren, Dustin Lee and his wife Brooke, Jessica Sprouse and her husband Jason, Cody Lee and Angela, Casie Call, Carrie O'Hara and her husband Chris; great-grandchildren, Carlee O'Hara, Cydnee O'Hara, Collin O'Hara, Hayden Lee, Hudson Lee, Colton Sprouse, Nicolas Sprouse, Kyle Shepherd, Kade Short, Scarlet Shepherd, and Tre Noyes; sisters, Doris Lavon Jackson and Vivian Vonciel Delano; nephews, Bobby & Chris Jackson, and Stephen Delano; nieces, Kimberly Harper and Tammy Delano; numerous extended family.
The visitation will be 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Thursday, February 23rd, at Floral Haven Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be 12:30 PM, Friday, February 24th, at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel
