James Deeter's Obituary
James Charles Deeter, 85, our precious husband and father, went to be with our Lord and Savior on Thursday, January 19th. He was a devoted husband to his wife, Nell Ann, for 60 years. He proudly served his country as a Marine during World War II and was stationed in Guam. He retired after working for 37 years for Mid-America Industries. He was a good man of strong faith. He served as a Sunday School teacher for over 30 years, teaching 6th grade boys and then 3rd graders. He was a loving father and grandfather to his two children and four grandchildren. He is survived by his wife, Nell Ann; his son, Jamie and wife, Shari, and their daughter, Lora; his daughter, Lisa Brown and husband, Danny, and their three children, Daniel, Rebecca, and Sarah; his sister Wanda James and husband Ron of Columbus, IN; and his brother Edwin of Columbus, IN. He will be greatly missed.
