James “J.E.” Eugene Riley 73, of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma passed away September 25, 2017 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. J.E. was born February 6, 1944 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to James and Nadine Riley. J.E. is preceded in passing by his spouse, Debbie Condreay (Mooney-Price) Riley; spouse Judy Riley and his parents, James Raymond and Nadine (Redfield) Riley.James is survived by his son, Sean (Karen) Riley ; son, Kevin Riley; brother, John (Sally) Riley; niece, Leann Rhodes; nephews, Paul and Michael Riley; grandson, Holden Riley; step-son, Aaron (Brandi) Mooney and cousins Francis Dyer and James Cox.James graduated from Nathan Hale High School; where he excelled in track. After graduation he joined the U.S. Army. After his discharge he attended OU and would later graduate with a degree in Pharmacy. He was a dedicated Pharmacist for over 45 years until retirement. James was a loving husband; father, brother, uncle, grandfather and friend. His compassionate spirit, kindness and warm smile will be dearly missed by everyone who knew and loved him.There will be a visitation Sunday, October 1, 2017 from 5-7 P.M. at Floral Haven Funeral HomeFuneral Service will be 10:00 A.M., Monday, October 2, 2017 at First Presbyterian Church in Tulsa
