James Edward Gibson Jr.'s Obituary
James Edward Gibson Jr., 80 of Sand Springs, Oklahoma passed from this life on Thursday, September 30, 2021 in a Tulsa hospital. He was born June 11th of 1941 to his parents, James Edward Gibson and Ruth Sample Gibson. Later he married the love of his life, Elizabeth "Elaine" Adams and they spent over 45 wonderful years together.
James is survived by his loving wife, Elaine Gibson; sevem children, Misty Richmond and her husband Mark, Anice Howell and her husband Monty, James E. Gibson, III, Janice McDonald, Gene Langley and his wife Netty, Lora Hodges, and Nicole Gibson; two siblings, Chris Gibson and Harold Gibson; several grand and great-grandchildren and many friends and extended family members. He was preceded in death by his parents.
The family will hold a memorial service at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at Keystone Hills Baptist Church, 161 New Prue Road, Sand Springs, OK 74063.
