So sorry to hear about Jim's passing. We were neighbors for 10 years in Oak Ridge, and couldn't have asked for better friends. Have many fond memories of this kind, patient, generous man and Ann and boys. Jim was always there to lend a helping hand. Spent lots of afternoons enjoying your pool on those hot Oklahoma days!
