James Edward Gressett's Obituary
James Edward Gressett, 75 of Jenks, Oklahoma passed away on June 20, 2012. He was born on December 7, 1936 in Weleetka, Oklahoma to his parents, Raymond and Emma Jean Gressett who precedded him in death. He Graduated from Graham High School and later retired from Fritz. James served in the Army and He was voted Employee of the Year at Riverside Industries. James married the love of his life Mary, for 53 years. They were blessed with three children; Terri Nathan and husband Michael of Spring, Texas; Sherri Scott and husband Jeff of Bixby, Oklahoma; Chris Gressett and wife Mary of Pomona, Missouri. Grandchildren: Nicole Nathan and fiancé Joseph Adkins Jr. of Fort Worth, Texas Samantha Caudill and husband Matt of Farmington, Arkansas Amber Gasswint and husband Brett of Olivehurst, California. Brothers and Sisters: Billie Smith of Bryan, Texas; Donnie Gressett and wife Margaret of Norman, Oklahoma; Jewel Hill and husband Harold of Moore, Oklahoma. Patsy Bryant and husband Harvie of Tishamingo, Oklahoma; Raymond J. Gressett of Mansville, Oklahoma. James was a loving husband, a wonderfully devoted father, an amazing Papa. James loved his family and friends. James enjoyed fishing, gardening and woodworking. He just loved nature and being a part of it. James was a member of St. James Presbyterian Church. James loved his church and the people of the church. He will be missed by all who knew him but his legacy lives on in the people he touched.
