James “Jim” Richard Duncan, 83, passed from this life on July 8, 2013 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Jim was born on May 31, 1930 in Bluejacket, Oklahoma to Jesse James and Jewell Lela (O’Dell) Duncan. He met and married Patricia A. Ruston on April 29, 1977 in Miami, Oklahoma. He was a Marine & a Retired South Western Bell Repairman. Jim is survived by his loving wife, Patty Duncan; children, James William “Bill” Duncan and Theresa “Terri” Johnson and husband, Dennis; grandchild, Lindsey Johnson; great grandchildren, Carly and Nichole Angel. He is preceded in death by parents; and brother, Roger Eugene Duncan. Visitation will be 12:00 PM-8:00PM Wednesday, July 10, 2013 Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel with a graveside service 10:00 AM Thursday, July 11, 2013 Garden of St. Paul.
