I want to express my deepest sympathies to the King family. Scott was a wonderful man and he departed this world according to God's time, but far too soon for us. I attended his sister Ronna's service, and I didn't get a chance to say hello to the King family face-to-face. At the time, I thought it best to pay my respects and go, as there were so many people there and I thought they might be overwhelmed. I regret that decision with all of my heart. I'm so sad that I will never have the chance to tell Scott how much I adored him and his sister. I only read of his passing today, and I am disappointed that I was unable to attend his service this morning. I had the opportunity to meet Elizabeth at the service of Cisco Chaffin, a close friend of Scott's. I am so happy for Scott that he met such a sweet lady to share his life with. I am so terribly sorry for your loss. As the mother of two small children, I cannot begin to understand how it would feel to lose my husband and their daddy. On a happy note, I know that Scott knew his Lord and Savior, and I take comfort in knowing he is Home. I hope you can find comfort in that as well. I pray that you find blessings and peace, and that you are held by the promise of God that we will see Scott again. Much Love, Jennie (Lynn) Holder
Elizbeth,We love you so much and you know we will continually cover you and the babies in prayer.
