James Anthony Milam's Obituary
James Anthony Milam was born August 15, 1931 in Oklahoma City, Ok. The son of Roy Milam and Anne (Bainbridge) Blanton. He died Tuesday, August 22, 2017 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 86. Jim was a member of Church of Saint Benedict and was retired from O’Connor Company where he was an air conditioning and heating sales distributor. Jim served in the Korean War from 1951 to 1953. Jim had several interest in his life including basketball, tennis, water skiing, square dancing, golf and yard work. Jim is loved dearly by his wife, Marilyn, his children and grandchildren. Jim was preceded in death by his parents; his daughter Victoria; siblings Roy, Van, Don, Maryanne and Patricia. He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years Marilyn, son James (Janice) Milam Jr, and daughters Sheri (Tom) Hartig, Brenda (Tony) Smith, and Karen (Jim) Musshafen, 12 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, brother Jerry Blanton and many nieces and nephews.Rosary at Floral Haven Funeral Home in Broken Arrow, Thursday, Aug 24, 2017 at 7:00 pm.
