James "RIck" Richard Forehand Jr.'s Obituary
James “Rick” Richard Forehand Jr.; was born July 24, 1963 in Nashville, Tennessee and passed away June 12, 2015 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Rick was the second of three children born to James Richard Forehand Sr. and Judith Faye Forehand (Jett). Rick attended high school in Broken Arrow. After graduating Rick eventually began driving truck and spent over 15 years traveling with his job. When Rick wasn’t working he loved spending time with his family. He and Linda loved to spend time in Seattle visiting with her family. Rick was a funny, strong and kind person; who would help anyone in need. Rick will be missed by everyone who knew and loved him. Rick is survived by his wife, Linda Forehand; daughter, Chelsea Forehand; daughter, Jessica Forehand; son, Jake Forehand; mother Judith Forehand; brother, Rob Forehand and his wife Melanie; sister, Angela Lowry; Niece, Autumn Forehand; nephew, Josh Forehand; nephew, Connor Lowry and numerous other family members and friends. Rick is preceded in passing by his father, James Richard Forehand Sr.; nephew, Thomas Bostick and great-aunt, Dutt Moore. Memorial Gathering will be 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Thursday, June 25th, Floral Haven Family Center.
