Jan was always willing to let us girls spend the night with her girls. Calvin would tease us all and Jan would make us snacks. We always had fun with our cousins. Jan showed me how to hem a skirt, shared flowers from her yard, and took me to play Bingo. We won that night too! She was always cheerful and welcoming. I was 19 years old when I married into the Hudson family. It was daunting. David had 7 brothers and sisters, 32 nieces and nephews, and an unimaginable number of aunts and uncles. Meeting the family on Thanksgiving was scary. But Jan was one of the people who put me at ease immediately. She was friendly and outgoing and was so much fun to be around. And she never changed from that wonderful person in the entire 49 years I have known her. My heart is broken, and David and I will miss her so much. Love you, Jan...
I have known Jan for about 25 years. She was one of the nicest ladies I have ever met. My daughter Gayle married her son Calvin. When we would visit for the Holidays she always included us in the festivities. I will miss her.

I came to know Jan in 1961 when I went to work at First National Bank in BA. She was pleasant, friendly and patient. The last time I visited with her was the summer or 2020 when we were both taking therapy at Redbud Therapy in Wagoner. Had a catch up chat. To her family I offer prayers and condolence.
