Jane LuAnn Byram's Obituary
Jane LuAnn Byram, age 66 passed away peacefully on August 11, 2015 in Broken Arrow Oklahoma. Jane was born January 9, 1949 in New Hampton Iowa to the late Albert and Mabel Sternat. She was a graduate of Fredricksburg High School and attended Oklahoma Junior College, and Oral Roberts University. She was a homemaker and devoted her time to her family and church. Throughout her life she was active in Union Band Parents, scouting activities, church choir, and various other volunteer services. Jane’s applesauce brownies, kolaches, lasagna, and her self-less life will be missed by all who knew her. She is proceeded in death by her husband David R. Byram and sisters Gloria and Pearl. Survivors include: brother Elden Sternat of Iowa. Five children: Christopher Byram and wife Violeta of Colorado, Diane Byram, Greg Byram and wife Mary, from Broken Arrow, OK, Jeremy Byram and wife Michelle of Owasso OK and Denise Byram also from Broken Arrow OK. Her grandchildren include: Alexandru Sava, Daniel Sava, Jason Miller, Maggie Miller, Addie Rose, Zachary Lewis, Nathaniel Byram and Joshua Byram.A Rosary will be held Thursday 7:00 p.m. at St. Pius X Church in Tulsa. Funeral service is scheduled for Friday August 14, 2015 at 10:00 a.m., at St. Pius X church and a reception is to follow.
