Janet Diane Nusz, age 58 years old, passed from this life, November 9, 2015, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Janet was born August 8, 1957, to Phillip Bohls and Judy Gainer, in Enid, Oklahoma. Janet married Mark Edward Nusz, in January of 1990, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Janet will be dearly missed by her husband: Mark Nusz; children: Chuck DeWayne Billy and wife, Karry, Christina Billingsly and husband, Stephen, and Heather Diane Benson; grandchildren: Kolby, Bryant, Brandon, Valerie, Ethan, and Serenity; and siblings: Byron Gainer, Phillip Gainer, Linda Blunt, Jean Carson, Marilyn Dunlap, Hobbie Gainer, and Dean Blevins. Janet is preceded in death by her parents: Phillip and Judy Gainer; and sister: Joan Myers.Visitation will be held at Floral Haven Funeral Home Visitation Room, 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., Thursday, November 12, 2015, and 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday, November 13, 2015. Family will receive friends 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Friday, November 13, 2015 at Floral Haven Funeral Home in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. A chapel service will be held 12:30 p.m., Saturday, November 14, 2015, at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel.
