Janet was born October 28, 1955 and passed from this life on Mother’s Day, May 10, 2015. She is survived by her husband Rick, her sons…Christopher Lindsey and his husband Scott of Dallas, TX; Jason Smith of Sand Springs and Tyler Stanley of Tulsa. Grandchildren, Madeleine and Caroline Pittman of Hillsboro, TX, Braden Smith and Devin Smith of Tulsa and Brian and Olivia Lindsey of Dallas. She is also survived by her parents, Jack and Bernice Remington of Tulsa, her brothers and sisters-in-law Don & Claudia Porter, Jimmy & Joyce Pittman, Billy Pittman and Greg & Alyce Pittman of Tulsa and Jerry & Rhonda Pitman of Van Buren, AR. In addition she leaves behind a large number of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.Janet attended Will Rogers High School. Janet was a obsessive lover of anything Mickey Mouse and had hoped to spend her retirement walking the beaches of Florida and visiting Mickey on a regular basis.Funeral services will be held 12:30 p.m., Wednesday, May 13 at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel in Broken Arrow. Interment will be at Floral Haven memorial Gardens.
