Janette Snow's Obituary
Janette Thomason Snow, 95, of Tulsa passed away peacefully on Friday, September 7, 2018, after a brief illness. Born June 17, 1923 in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. She was the daughter of the late Arthur Robert and Eula Mae (Wood) Thomason.She was a 1941 graduate of Daniel Webster High School, and after 18 years of loyal service, she retired as an Electrical Assembly Lead from Boeing, Inc. Janette was very proud to have taken part in the building of some of the United States Military’s most elite aircraft. She was a long time member of Red Fork Baptist Church.She was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Leonard L. Snow, newborn son, three brothers and five sisters, and granddaughter Brook Nicole Hensley.She is survived by daughters Nila Hensley (Bob Roof) of Edmond, OK, Claudette Hahn (Tom) of Louisville, KY, son Steve Snow (Tina) of Tulsa, and sister Margie Davis of Tulsa. Granddaughters Charlotte Hahn, Julie Hensley (Mike McKiddy), Katie Fogarty (Bobby), and Stevie Longoria (Micah). Great-grandchildren Trevor Hahn, Riley and Ward Fogarty, Deacon McKiddy, Macklin and Beckham Longoria.She was our matriarch. She was our quilter. She was our baker. She was our “Rosie the Riveter”. Above all, she was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.We love you, and we will miss you with all our hearts.Visitation at Floral Haven will be Friday, September 14 from 4-7 pm.
