Janice Annette Francis passed from this life on February 10, 2023, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Janice was born on August 24, 1944, in Elgin, Texas to Bill and Opal (Edwards) Barnes.
Janice is survived by her sons, Michael and Joleigha Francis, and Jeffrey Francis; grandchildren, Justin Francis and his wife Meagan, Bailey Francis, Jordan Francis and his wife Rhema Lynn, Bethany Francis, Sydney Francis, and Logan Francis; great-granddaughter, Olivia Francis; sister, Pam and Ronnie Smart; brother, Dan and Melva Barnes; stepbrothers, Darrel Wood, and Donnie Wood and his wife Dana; niece, Krystal and her husband Brian; nephews, Clay and his wife Samantha and Sam and his wife Marsha; numerous great nieces and nephews. Janice was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry W Francis; parents, Bill and Opal Barnes.
The visitation will be 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Tuesday, February 14, 2023, at Floral Haven Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be 12:30 PM, Wednesday, February 15, 2023, at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel.
