Janice Caroll Randol's Obituary
On Sunday, October 18, 2020 Janice Caroll Breedlove-Randol loving wife, mother, grandmother, “MOM-NANA” made her entry to heaven at the age of 81.
Janice was born December 10, 1938 at the home of her grandparents in Blackwell, Oklahoma to JW and Zoe Breedlove. She attended high school in Newkirk, Oklahoma. Janice worked and retired from Southwestern Bell and AT&T.
Janice met her husband, Wayne, in Newkirk. He had just returned from the Army and asked her out for a date and she gained her Dad’s approval.
On December 14, 1956 she married Wayne Lee Randol (we might add that she was very late to her own wedding – oops the car did not start) and together they raised their two daughters, Torie and Tia. They moved from Newkirk to Ponca City, OK and then to Tulsa, OK in 1978.
Throughout her life she was a devout and faithful Christian. She loved the Lord, her family, and friends. Janice was the “go to” person if anyone needed anything. She loved caring for others to making sure that their needs were met. She enjoyed family times, holidays, and was usually the life of the party. The end of every get together it was closed out by saying “and a good time was had by all”! Her Legacy will carry on in our family.
Janice was preceded in death by her husband Wayne, her mother Zoe, and her father JW. Janice is survived by her two daughters Torie Baker and her spouse Sam and Tia Burns and her spouse Kevin. Her two granddaughters, Micah Macias and Raven Burns-Isam, and her sister Judy Miller.
