Jannis Fern Scully, a resident of Tulsa, passed away November 11, 2016 at the age of 73. She was born September 6, 1943 to Ed Buel Ellington and Dorothy Louise (Casey) Ellington in Bishop, California.Jannis enjoyed reading, knitting, painting and fishing but most of all she loved spending time with her family.She was preceded in death by her parents, Ed Buel and Dorothy Louise Ellington and two brothers, Marvin and Kenneth Ellington.Survivors include her husband, Joe Scully; two children, Dorlyn Waits and husband, Joe and Joey Scully, Jr. and wife, Joy; sister, Sharon Gorman and husband, Glenn; brother, Richard Ellington; six grandchildren, Casey Scully, Nic Scully, Briden Scully, Amber McDaniel, Mandi Waits and Jesse Waits; one great granddaughter, May McDaniel; niece, Christine Linfoot and numerous other relative and friends.Private Family Services will be held at later date.
