Grandpa,
I spent so much time with you towards the end I don’t know what to do now. Losing you both in the last year has been very challenging. I’ll miss our talks as I fed you or helped you with your needs. I’ll miss being able to agitate you with all my orneriness I certainly inherited from you and my other grandpa. I remember the times I would play kill the spider on the table before dinner with you. I remember all the movies you and granny used to take me to. I remember you teaching me to change my tire because you felt I should know how, you were right. Most of all I’ll remember the love you both shared with each other and how I pray my marriage can be as healthy and fruitful and long lasting as yours and granny’s was. I pray you’ve found peace with Granny now.
