Jason Andrew Moore's Obituary
The world lost a remarkable soul on July 21, 2023, as Jason Andrew Moore, a loving husband, devoted father, and cherished friend passed away at the age of 40. Born on October 16, 1982, Jason was the son of Richard Jonathon Moore and the late Murle Sue (Davis) Moore.
In September of 2010, he married his soulmate Rustie, and their love story blossomed into a beautiful journey. Together, they shared a unique and unconditional bond that enriched their lives and those around them. One of Jason's most significant joys in life was becoming a father. He and Rustie opened their hearts and home to Emily Cordelia Moore and Aremis Garrett Moore, adopting them from the foster system. Jason embraced his role as a father with unyielding love, providing a safe and nurturing environment for his children to grow and flourish.
Professionally, Jason was a computer nerd who worked in IT. His passion for technology was evident to all who knew him. He had an infectious laugh that could brighten even the darkest of days. Larger than life and full of charisma, Jason's upbeat and happy demeanor drew people in, and his loyalty to his friends and family knew no bounds.
The holiday season held a special place in Jason's heart, and he cherished the traditions of Christmas. He delighted in decorating their home, creating a festive atmosphere that spread joy to all who visited. As a family, they cherished the time spent RV camping and creating beautiful memories together. Jason had a particular fondness for anything with buttons.
Jason Andrew Moore will forever be remembered for his kindness, his laughter, and the genuine love he shared with those around him. The world has lost a true gem, but his memory will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to have known him.
Jason leaves behind his beloved husband, Rustie Moore; his precious children, Emily Cordelia Moore and Aremis Garrett Moore; his father and step-mother, Richard and Robin Moore, his loving sister, Nicole Moore, and her spouse, Jen; as well as his father and mother-in-law, Ronnie and Glenda Garrett. He also leaves behind numerous other family members and friends whose lives were touched by his presence.
Rest in peace, dear Jason, knowing that you were deeply loved and will be profoundly missed. Your light will shine on forever in our hearts.
