Jaxon Dean Coblentz, age 5 passed away on July 23, 2019 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Survived by his mother and father, Shaun and Stephanie. Visitation will be held at Bible Holiness Church in Ochelata, Oklahoma at 1:00 pm Monday, July 29, 2019. Funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm also at Bible Holiness Church. Interment at The Hill cemetery in Ochelata, Oklahoma.
