Jay was one of the kindest, most patient men I knew. He always had time for everyone, especially his grandsons. He loved his family so very much and the world is a sadder place for his passing. We will miss him always. Sparky, Rosslyn and Chea Orcutt

Huggie Monster~ Words can not say how much I miss you. Your were the BEST uncle anyone could ever have. You were such a blessing to our family and I will cherish every memory I have of you. I know you are with G.G. and I will see you all again someday. You hold a special place in my heart that will never be filled again. I am a better person for having you in my life and as my uncle. I LOVE YOU!!!!!~Your niece, Linsey
I'm sorry to hear about this. I had Jay and Kirby in my Chemistry class at East Central, and thought a lot of both of them. Jay was a real good kid. I can't make the service because I'm in hospice with lung cancer, but my sympathy to his family. I know he will be missed. Sincerely, Patrick Ward former Chemistry teacher, East Central High School.
I was a longtime neighbor of the Pancoasts in Rosewood. My thoughts and prayers are with Kirby, Paige, and all of the family. May light perpetual shine upon him. Charles Stevens
