Jeanie Faye Mantooth's Obituary
Jeanie Faye Mantooth was born in Mason City, IA, grew up in Keifer, OK and lived with her husband for 15 years in Tulsa and 38 years in Broken Arrow. She and William were married 53 years. Later in life Jean lived with her daughter and son-in-law for 14 years, then Evergreen Community in Olathe, KS until her death. Jean loved to paint and sew and anything “crafty”. Member of the First Christian Church, Broken Arrow.Jean is preceded in death by her husband, William S. Mantooth; sister, Avis Anglin; brother, Jack Butterbaugh Jr. and her dear friend, Eunice Stallins. Jean is survived by her daughter Paula Melendy and husband Ron; grandchildren; Amanda Cooper and husband Kris, Cristee Cook and husband Adrian, Jennifer Mize and husband Garry grandson; Ronnie Melendy and wife Brandy; Great-Granchildren; Brooklynn Melendy, Emma Phillips, Adrianna Cook and Maddox Mize, Austin Melendy, Alex Cooper, Zach Cooper, Jake Cooper, Maxwell Mize, Moshe Cook and numerous other family members and friends.In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer’s Association.Graveside Service will be Friday, July 21, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel.
