Jennifer Renee McNeeley's Obituary
Jennifer Renee Cross McNeely was born July 19, 1974, in El Reno, Oklahoma, and was adopted by Clyde David Cross Jr. and Rosa Lee Stewart shortly after her birth. She left her earthly body and entered the presence of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ the evening of May 2, 2022.
Jennifer’s family lived in Claremore when she was born. Her father a veteran of the Vietnam War went back to school to complete his degree in Architecture in the mid 70’s, so Jennifer spent her toddler years in Norman, Oklahoma. After graduation, they returned to Claremore, before Jens’ father David found work in south Texas. They lived in League City and Friendswood from 1981 to 1989. Relocating back to Tulsa around 1990. Jennifer attended high school at Nathan Hale and graduated in 1992. After high school, she went to Haskell Indian Nations University in the late 90’s where she made many lifelong friends. She finished her Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Administration at the University of Phoenix in 2006. Jennifer’s work history always involved the health care industry, she was a natural at caring for others.
Jen was passionate about her fur friends. CoCo a Schnauzer was her constant companion and CoCo adored Jennifer. There was always an extra dog in her home just because they needed a place to stay. She was an Advocate for her little fur buddies. Aside from her fur friends, she loved OU Football, cosmetics, Skip-Bo, cheese puffs and Pepsi!!
Jen loved her family especially her nieces and nephews. Loved her friends. She had a distinguishable giggle and that will be missed by those that loved her.
Jennifer was preceded in death by her Grandparents, Father Clyde David Cross, Jr., and Mother Rosa Lee Stewart. She is survived by her Brother Lucas Wayne Cross, wife Manuela of Killeen, TX, Stepmother Cynthia Mae Cross, Broken Arrow, OK, 2 Aunts Donna Kaye Roberts, husband Ronnie of Broken Arrow and Lora Ann Phillips, husband Greg of Broken Arrow, OK, 2 Uncles Bob Stewart and Frank Stewart of Oklahoma. Stepsister Tracy Bartlett, husband Stan of Broken Arrow and Stepbrother Rich Nickoson, wife Leslie of Brilliant, OH, Cousins Joey Phillips of Broken Arrow, OK and Bob Stewart, Jr. of Oklahoma. Many nieces and nephews: Lisa, Jackie, Rachel, Anthony, Jason, Danielle, Charlie, Sam, Sarah, Elizabeth, Richard, Christopher, and Katelynn. Great nieces Natalia and Zoe. She is loved by a very large family of Cross’, McGlasson’s and Stewart’s. And of course, CoCo who is being cared for by CoCo’s Aunt Tyra Hobbs, in Noble, Oklahoma.

Jennifer will be laid to rest in the Ossuary at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens on Friday, May 13, 2022, at 3:00 pm
