Jerry Orlan O'Kelley's Obituary
Jerry Orlan O'Kelley, 83, a resident of Owasso, Oklahoma passed away on, April 5, 2023. Jerry was born on December 26, 1939, in Russellville, Arkansas to Rupert and Beatrice O'Kelley. Jerry was known for his larger-than-life personality and sense of humor. He even won the funniest person in Oklahoma in 1984. He was a proud veteran and loved his Country. Above all else, he loved his family. He cherished the times they spent together. Jerry leaves his loved ones with unforgettable memories and loving stories. He will sincerely be missed by his loving family, devoted friends, and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved him.
Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, Rupert Orlan O'Kelley, Beatrice Elsie (Rumsey) O'Kelley, and his sister, Carolyn Cantrell.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 65 years, Sharron O'Kelley; his daughter, Lori Lawbaugh, and her husband, Jimmy; his grandchildren, Stefani Cook and her husband, Greg, Dylan Lawbaugh, and Zachary Lawbaugh; his great-grandchildren, Sam, and Caroline Cook; his very dear friends that he considered family, Walter and Sharon Andrew, and SueAnn Coursey; numerous nieces and nephews he loved very much and many friends.
Visitation will be 5-7 pm, Friday, April 14, 2023, at Floral Haven Funeral Home.
Funeral Service will be 10:00 am, Saturday, April 15, 2023 at Southwood Baptist Church
