Passed away Tuesday, June 5, 2018 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.Jerry was born September 15, 1953 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Howard Raymond and Pauline Avril (Ketchum) Jerry worked as a Truck Driver for many years.Visitation will be Thursday, June 7, 2018 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at Floral Haven Funeral Home.Celebration of Life will be Friday, June 8, 2018 at 10:00 AM at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens.
