Nelson, Jesse G., Jr. 79, Tulsa, died April 6, 2005. Funeral service will be 10:00 A.M., Saturday, April 9, 2005, at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel. Mr. Nelson was born January 7, 1926, in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Jesse G. and Sally M. (Acree) Nelson. He went to Central High School in Tulsa. He served in the Navy in World War II. Mr. Nelson attended TV and Electrical Engineering Trade School in Louisvile, Kentucky. He retired from American Airlines in May 1988. He was active in Tulsa GreenT and The Tulsa Downtown Lions Club.Survived By: his wife: Irene, of the home, Tulsa, Oklahoma; Children: Wanette Pauly and husband, John, Denver, Colorado, Jesse G. Nelson, III, Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Gregory P. Nelson, Tulsa, Oklahoma; granddaughters: Sarah E. Wetzel and Katie Wetzel.
