Jessie Payne, age 93, a resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma, passed from this life, Monday, February 12, 2024 in Tulsa. Jessie was born April 24, 1930 to Jackson Wayne and Blanche (Palmer) Webb, in Brushy Mountain, Oklahoma.
Jessie will be dearly missed by her daughter: Donna Brown and husband Robert; grandchildren: Lindsey Cabaniss and husband Cole, and Jessica Payne; great-grandchildren: R.C. Cabaniss, Dylan Cate Cabaniss, and William Harve Cabaniss.
Jessie is preceded in death by her parents: Jack and Blanche Webb; husband: Robert Payne; son: Greg Payne and her brothers and sisters: Thomas Webb, Ruben Webb, Olon Webb, Ernest Webb, Reba Faulkner, Mabel McKinney, Savola Pittman, Audie Goins, and Vada Roberts.
Visitation will be held 4:00 PM ~ 7:00 PM, Monday, February 19, 2024, at Floral Haven Funeral Home, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
A funeral service will be held 10:00 AM, Tuesday, February 20, 2024, at the Airport Freewill Baptist Church, 1190 N. Mingo Road, in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
