(Hoak) Mains.She is survived by her husband, Dayle Deavers; children, Brad Deavers and his wife Kristi, Jackie Kerby and her husband Mike, Jana Smith, and Brian Deaver; Eight Grandchildren; Four Great Grandchildren; brother, Tom Mains.Visitation will be 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Friday, November 14th, Floral Haven Funeral Home.Funeral Service will be 3:00 PM, Saturday, November 15th, Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel with the committal service to follow at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens, Broken Arrow, OK.
