She was born February 8, 1941 in Charles City, IA to Howard Ernest and Margaret Mae (Dodge) Holtz.Joan is survived by her husband, Dale J. Arns; daughter, Karen Tuel and husband Rick, their children, Nathan Tuel, Kaitlin Tuel, Carolyn Tuel, Kristin Tuel, Matthew Tuel, Hannah Tuel, George Tuel, and Geoffrey Tuel; daughter, Janice Vails, her children, Miranda Oathout, Aaron Oathout, and Melissa Vails; son, Doug Arns and wife Kim; daughter, Maria Breadlove and her husband Dan, their children, Valerie Mellema and her husband Troy and their son T.J., Kelly Overbey and her son Jax, William Overbey, and Lauren Breadlove; daughter, Jeanien Rutherford and her husband Rusty, and their daughters Lauren and Jillian; siblings, Gene Holtz and his wife Dorothy, Donald Holtz and his wife Judy; She was preceded in death by her brother Eldon Holtz.Visitation will be 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, Sunday, January 24th, Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel.Funeral Service will be 3:00 PM, Sunday, January 24th, Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel.
