Joan Collins' Obituary
Ester Joan Collins, 79, lost her battle with Pulmonary Fibrosis on Tuesday, November 16, 2010. She was born on April 5, 1931, in Scott City, Kansas to Roy and Ula Mae Cochran. She was a member of the Ladies’ Oriental Shrine where she served as past High Priestess. Joan was a wonderful mother and grandmother. She was a spice of life and will be greatly missed by all. She is survived by sister, Betty Lou Wise, son, Gary and wife Karen, son, Christopher and wife Becca, grandchildren, Gary and wife Stacy, Zachary, Kimberly and husband Yasir Jahangir, and great-grandchildren, Katelyn, Kristen, and Zakaria, and step-grandchildren Justin, Blake, and Alyx. She was preceded in death by her husband of over fifty years, John Clarence Collins, sister, Maxine Holman and brother, Micky Cochran. A funeral service will be held at the Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel in Broken Arrow on Saturday, November 20, 2010 at 3:00 PM.
