Joan Alta True, 94, resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away Tuesday, March 26, 2019. Joan was born in Stilwell, Oklahoma to Jesse and Fay Shields. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother and will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Joan is preceded in passing by her parents, sister, Johnnie Shields, brother, Jack Shields and son, David Stanley True. She is survived by her son, Thomas True, wife, Vicky True, daughter in law, Linda True, granddaughters, Elodie Birdwell, Amanda January, and Andrea True and 10 great grandchildren. Services will be at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, March 30, 2019 at Floral Havens Chapel
