JoAnn Poindexter, 75, passed from this life on September 5, 2022, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was born December 24, 1946, at St John's Hospital, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to T.W. and Lorain E. (Hurn) Durham. In 1965 JoAnn graduated from Central High School in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and then graduated from Draughon's School of Business in September 1966. On May 25, 1968, Jim Reynolds married JoAnn Durham and then on April 8, 1993, Everett Cleo Poindexter married JoAnn. JoAnn worked as an accountant for over 15 years.
JoAnn is survived by her children, Everett and Bobbie Poindexter of the home, Toni Poindexter of Pryor, Oklahoma, and Tammy Davis of Claremore, Oklahoma; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; nephews, Dennis & Trisha Gilleland of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, and Brian Gilleland of California; numerous great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Jim Reynolds and Everett Poindexter; her parents, T.W. and Lorain E. Durham, and her sister Carol Gilleland.
