Joanne Jean Hughes' Obituary
Joanne Jean Hughes, 76, of Broken Arrow, OK passed away Monday unexpectedly at St John Medical Center. A Women’s Army Corps veteran, and a distinguished Federal Civil Servant, Joanne was a long-time former resident of the Monterey Peninsula in California. She was active in her community and loved as ‘Nana’ by many. Joanne lived her life One Day at a Time for over 50 years and owned her own business. Joanne is survived by her 5 children, their spouses, 17 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and countless friends.Visitation is scheduled for 5:30 to 7:30 Friday December 16th. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, December 17th in the Floral Haven Chapel with fellowship to follow in the Family Center at Floral Haven.
