He was born April 22, 1947 in Tulsa, OK to JT and Lynora (Bowman) Banks.Joe is survived by his wife, Marsha Banks; children, Tandy Banks, Paula Tuter, Jennifer Ray, Sara Mackey, and Scott Banks; grandsons, Jay, Matthew, Jeremy, Tommy, Briar, Daniel, and Logan.Memorial service will be 12:30 PM, Tuesday, April 17th, Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel.
