Joe was a man of honesty, courage and faith, along with a unshakable set of ideals. During his last day's he showed how you can pass with dignity, strength and humor, while still caring for the people around him. Many times he graciously gave be sound advice and a calming voice during tough times. Although I will miss terribly the friend I had almost my entire life, I feel comfort in knowing Joe is no longer sick and in pain. He is in Heaven casting cheerful eyes upon us. So sorry for the lost of Mr. Felts. I did not know him personally but could nor help to wonder the pain and suffering his love ones are going through. Our creator did not intend us to live ad then die, I wanted to share this encouraging words from the bible. Lisa, Micah, Austin and Katie, I can not express how sad I am to hear of Joe's death. I know that he is healed now and praising God, but we grieve. I was always blessed to see you & Joe. I greatly appreciate the trust you had in me with taking Austin and Micah to Ireland, I treasure those memories, especially the ER visit with Austin. I miss you guys and am praying for you, Kathryn
