Joel Edwin Goff, a beloved resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma, passed away on September 8, 2023, at the age of 74. He was born on April 23, 1949, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to the late Jack and Frances Goff.
Joel dedicated his entire career to the noble profession of laying water and sewer lines in construction. He was a diligent worker, always ensuring that the essential infrastructure of his community was in top-notch condition.
When he wasn't busy with his work, Joel found solace and joy in the great outdoors. His passions included hunting and fishing, where he would lose himself in the serenity of nature. He had a green thumb and took immense pride in tending to his vegetable and flower garden, which blossomed with his care and attention.
Joel was an avid collector and had an insatiable curiosity for life. His collections included marbles, arrowheads, and fishing lures, each item telling a story of his adventurous spirit and his appreciation for the finer things in life.
