John Robert Davis, 68, of Owasso, Oklahoma passed away on March 5, 2023. He was born on August 24, 1954 to parents Donald and Martha Davis. He is survived by his children: Jefferson, and spouse Nicole, Davis; Joseph, and spouse I Read Obituary
John was an important part of my life for more than 40 years. He was always there for the important moments... the day we poured the foundation for Chapel Dulcinea... the day we needed someone to grill chicken for 120 students returning for a reunion... and when I asked him to compose a musical score called "Hope," he sore to the occasion. I had the extraordinary good fortune to see John only and always at his best.
John was a close friend who shared many important moments in my life. I remember him playing keyboards while I sang jingles for radio advertisers 40 years ago. He often came to Austin to be part of what we was happening on our campus. All the students at Wizard Academy knew him and loved him. Once, he grilled food for 120 people during an Academy reunion.
