John Michael Jett's Obituary
John Michael Jett, 56 of Oologah, Oklahoma passed from this life, suddenly, on Friday, May 21, 2021 while in Louisiana. He was born February 11, 1965 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to his parents, John Patrick Jett and Donivee Childress Jett. He married the love of his life, Patricia Jean "Jeanie" Powell on November 9, 1996 in Hendersonville, Tennessee and they have shared in over 24 wonderful years together.
John is survived by his loving wife, Jeanie of the home; three children, Nikki Bavido and her husband Joshua of Fayetteville, North Carolina, Michaela Headings and her husband Kyle of Rose, Oklahoma and Colton Jett of Oologah, Oklahoma; one sister, Marilyn Rice and her husband Jim of Round Rock, Texas; his father, John Patrick Jett of Claremore, Oklahoma; four grandchildren, Cassidy Headings, Jean Marie Bavido, Michael Bavido and Jesse Headings; two nieces, Stephanie Fuller and her husband Derek and Christina Masters and her husband Andrew; one great-nephew, Danny Thomas; and many, many friends and extended family members. He was preceded in death by his mother, Donivee Jett.
Visitation will be held from 3-7 p.m. on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at Floral Haven Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at the Cowboy Gatherin' Church in Inola, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens.
