John Daniel Reside's Obituary
John Daniel Reside passed away quietly on Friday, May 16, 2014 at the age of 89, with his family at his side. He was preceded in death by his wife, Miriam, of 60 years. John was a beloved brother, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He was born March 18, 1925 in Hummelstown, PA, and was the only son of seven children. John is survived by son Timothy and wife Nancy; son Dan; son Mark and wife Dawn; daughter Debra Bledsoe and husband Mark; grandchildren, Matt and wife Nella; Rachelle Carrillo and husband Sammy; Hannah Kopczynski and husband Wink; Eric, Patrick, and John Mark; and great-grandchildren, Alexia, Eryn, Sammy, Caleb and Rylee Ann. John is also survived by sisters Ruth Engrem, Mary Potack, Martha Clendaniel and Miriam Dixon.John loved the Lord Jesus and lived a full life manifesting God’s goodness and faithfulness. He will be missed!A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM, on Friday, May 30, 2014 at SpiritLife Church, 5345 S. Peoria Avenue, Tulsa, Oklahoma. In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made in John’s name to the Alzheimer’s Association, Tulsa Chapter.
