He is survived by Father John Sr., Mother Deborah Haynes, Sisters Lisa Lichtenthal and Morgan Maynor. Funeral service to be held 10 am Friday, December 20, 2019 at the Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be at the Floral Haven Memorial Gardens, Broken Arrow, OK. Memorials may be made to the ASPCA.
