Lit a candle in memory of John David Walker
I had the pleasure of working for John for over 6 years. He was kind, intense, extremely smart and very generous. He helped me in so many ways. I am praying for Joni and the girls in the office because I know how much it felt to be a part of the family there. I loved his laugh and his love for his dogs and I will treasure my memories.
John has been my friend, confident, courage and inspiration for the past four years. I will miss him greatly.
John was a long time friend, advisor, as well as my accountant. I was blessed to see him earlier in August and visit with him. He will be greatly missed!
I have known John for at least 50 years and he has always been a great listener and so easy to talk to. He knew that my knowledge of accounting was very limited early on but he was always accessible to answer any of my (not so bright) questions – I found him to always be a warm and caring individual and I will miss him greatly.Wanda Rupe
John was a very knowledgeable and generous man. I had the pleasure of working for him over the last few years. He took care of us like family and guided us in our education and career goals. I am very grateful for the opportunities and experience John Walker created for us; he will be deeply missed.
John Walker was more to me than just my boss he was my family. I am grateful for the years I got to spend knowing him and working for him. He will be missed greatly. I can't say enough how thankful I am for the opportunities he gave me to continue forward with my career and in life. I will always remember him.
My parents, John and Billie Walker, led me to Jesus and I was saved and baptized in 1971 at Ranch Acres Baptist Church in Tulsa. I was 9 years old. Today I am eternally grateful that they took me to church and showed me that I needed a savior.
